Title: One Way Communication Between Offices

Mitel 3300

We have our main office and two outreach clinics and all of the sudden we now have one way comms between offices.  When the mail office calls them, they can hear the main office but we can't hear teh outreach person.  This happens to both Outreach clinics.  The only change that was made that we know of is teh Metro E connection was bumped up from a 3MB line to a 6MB line.  Any thoughts on what the issue could be? Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks

I've had voice fail on a WAN link because the QoS schema wasn't recognising the tags and dropping the voice packets one-way.
 
More likely though, ports have been blocked.
