Afternoon All
I hope you are well?
We have a Mitel 3300 system on site with no voicemail setup for any user at all - however I have had one user complain to me that an outsider tried to make a call to them and there mailbox was full and wasn't able to get through. With voicemail not setup on any phones how am i suppose to go in and clear these if at all?
Need anymore information then please let me know
Thanks
Emma

Check to see if you have mailbox '0'.

Hi Ralph, thanks for getting in touch .... how would I go about doing this? I have dialled 600 then 500 which does say Voicemail attendant then states I need a password which I've no idea what that is?

You'll need to log into the system via your web browser.
Go to the Voicemail section, then mailbox section.
You probably only have 2 mailboxes.
0 & 9999
edit 0, change your PIN then you can dial into your auto attendant, press *0 to log in.
Having said all that, if you don't know how to log into your system via browser then you'll need to contact your VAR and have them take a look. They need to figure out why calls are going to voicemail if you're not supposed to have it.
