Title: Telephone Directory Sync Issues

site A cannot make calls to site B and after some digging realized that the numbers there trying to call are not in the TD. Site B can call site A though. I have tried running a sync several times with no luck. What's more baffling is site A which is only a few weeks old, I always make a test call from the new site to at least one number at all of our other sites. I was able to call site B during my test.

Are you getting errors when you sync?
