Hi there, I am having an issue with 1 particular phone set, be it the hotdesk ext or the logged in ext shows as invalid when calling from other sites. Local calls are able to reach the phone.
Tried doing a dgt trace from the remote site and got this output:
DGT Trace started:
No definition found.
DGT Trace completed.
Below is the response from a ext that we can reach:
DGT Trace started:
3401 : Remote DN (210)
DGT Trace completed.
Any advise would be deeply appreciated.

So it's not in your Remote Directory Number form or set as a Local Only Dn on the host controller?
What system version?
