Title: secretarial on Mivoice Office

Hallo Mitel friends,

I have one question.
On the Mitel 3300 you can program a secretarial feature on a mitel phone. With this you can see when an extension is busy.
Is there a way to do the same on Mivoice office / Mitel 5000 ?

Pls, advise.

What are you trying to achieve?

If you just want a busy indication and direct station select (DSS/BLF) then you can just program the key as a PKM/DSS with the extension you want to monitor.

If you want something more then can you elaborate a bit more.

Hi Sarond,

What i want to achieve is that the operator can see if the manager phone is busy or not.
I am new on the Mitel 5000 and want to test this on this platform.
So on the operator phone i need to program a PKM/DSS key with the ext number of the manager. Is this all ?
