Title: 3300 SMDR Records

Hello all

I have an issue where the system seems to be randomly dialling the speaking clock (123) and would like to leave an SMDR log constantly running and logging so I can review it. Is this possible at all.

It's possible.
1st Go to the SMDR form and be sure you're tracking.  Do not use "Real Time"

2nd - Check the COS of everything involved.  Trunks, Phones, etc.

Make a test call.
Go to maintenance commands and enter "Logs Read SMDR newest 100"   
This will show you the last 100 calls made/received.
