Hi Does anyone have any experience getting a Mitel (Latest software) to work with O365 i really want to use Voicemail to email but am struggling to get the O365 integrated.

I would think that you may need a smart host smtp relay to do this. MSL can do it, don't know if you have any MSL servers in your config. There are other Windows based smtp relays that will also work

FYI... SMTP relay with MSL works even without a AMC license. Just install and use it as an SMTP relay server, skipping activation.

As mentioned you will need an smtp relay, and yes MSL is perfect (as is IIS on a windows box).
You will need an SPF record created for the domain that includes the public IP that the mail will be appearing from, and you will need to then relay it to O365 from your internal relay. If you don't have the SPF record the mail will be dropped at O365 as it will be detected as spam.
Then just point MCD/MiVB at the smtp relay and you should see mail starting to flow.

Thanks will give that a go
