Is there a way to setup MOH for external callers only and not have internal calls hear our hold music?

Not sure about this:
I think what you could do is put all the trunks in their own tenant.
Only have MOH for that tenant.

You may also need to check COS, to make sure it's source and not destination MOH. Think there may be an option in there.
