Is there any command I can use to see what ring groups or hunt groups etc an extension number is a member of?

In the Maintenance Commands form type the following command: LOCATE EXTENSION <extension number>

Easiest and quickest way is to export the forms and then search through them.

Try the User and Device Attributes form.
