Title: User Announcement before Transfer

On a Mitel 5000 system with Mitel 5320e phones, I listen to a Voicemail message, then I want to transfer this voicemail message to another mailbox.

The prompts say this:

'To forward a copy of this message to another destination press 3'  (I then press 3)
'Enter destination mailbox' (I then press 6472)

Here's the issue, the extension is correct however the name that is verbally announced is incorrect.  How can I change this announcement?

Log into mailbox as mailbox owner.  Press 4 for options.  Name will be a choice, also greeting.
