How do I view a "feedback" log, created by the "Send Problem Report" on the user's MiCollab Client?

I know there has to be a better way, but what I'm using for now is going to MiCollab's MSL -> View Logs -> look for feedback_MICOLLABUSER_DATE.zip then download it.

That's how I do it also, don't know of any other way.

Oh, I see, it's legible if you download it.
The User's notes appear in the "Client" folder, in a file called "Summary".
