Title: 5550 Console No Able to Look Up Names for Both First and Last Names

I'm a bit baffled.
7.2 software.

Customer called me and said they got a new receptionist.
The new receptionist complained that she can look up some numbers by either first or last names but not all.
I've worked with the on-site tech and I can't see what's causing it.

Example.   Abby Martin can be looked up by either typing "ab" or "mar".
                John Smith can only be looked up by typing "sm".

Same COS.
I've played with the names in the TE and reloaded the directory in the console.  If I make a change to the name I see the change so I know it's loading.

Any clues?

Interestingly you can do it on a 5324 running 7.1.....

Vague recollection of having the same issue and needed 3 or 4 Letters before it would search, This did tie in with what was in the manual/help files, sorry was some time ago.
