Customer has a APC 1000XL smart ups, how long of a run time?

APC has a sizing tool

Unfortunately their telecom equipment selector does not list the 5000 under Mitel.
You may be able to find what you're looking for under the Inter-Tel section.

With a 1000VA UPS, depending on load/activity and with an HX cabinet only the setup should run approximately 90-120 minutes. Start adding POE switches or DEI's and the run-time can drop quickly.
