Title: Mitel phone voicemail ringing excessively [external calls]

Hi.

I have a user here who's voicemail is ringing 15 times when receiving calls from outside. I compared the class of service settings to a number that only takes 5 rings from outside calls and they are using the exact same class of service.

We use MAS 4.0 to control voicemail and have the user extensions setup on a 3300. Any ideas where else the issue could be, since they are using the exact same class of service it makes sense that the issue must be with another setting....?

Check the call forwarding of both.
Also check Call Rerouting forms.

One maybe using call forwarding to voicemail the other may be rerouting to voicemail.
