Title: Screensaver file download alarm on MBG

I keep getting screensaver file download failed alarm on occasion. .... I reduced the TFTP file block size from 4096 to 1024...still get alarm

MBG file download failed 10.222.0.2/help5340_en.spx Major  Thu 11 Aug 2016 04:01:35 EDT comment:Download of file failed, icp:10.222.0.2 

any help appreciated

that alarm is MBG trying to download the screensaver file from the mcd, on behalf of the set. Are ports 69 and 20001 open to the MCD (ip address of mcd is specified in the log) for the MBG to access the tftp server on the MCD?

Seen this loads especially with customer branded screen savers and logged with Mitel, The Answer they always give is that although it failed once it would try again and be successful, they just advise to ignore the error, very annoying though.

also depends on the version of MBG, later versions didn't report this alarm unless it failed 5 times in a row.
