Mitel 5000
We have an issue with a user within a hunt group, where by when both users are busy on the hunt group and another call comes in, on one of the users they get three beeps then a mute for their active call for roughly 3 seconds, then they get audio back for the active call.
I have turned off all camp on flags for the user and hunt group.
Running Mitel_5000_6_0_SP_2_PR1

No, Its no headset just on the hand piece.

So you have turned off Hunt Group Camp-On Audio Indications and/or Camp-On Indications on that phone and it is still getting camp-on tones when a call is waiting in the Hunt Group or at their phone?

Correct, i have turned of all user camp ons and hunt group camp ons.

Is it always the same user or does the issue alternate between the two?
If the problem only happens on one of them then try a copy/paste of the phone without the issue and see if that fixes it; doubtful but worth a try.
If that doesn't work and it is only happening on one of them then try swapping out the phone with a new one and see if that fixes the problem.

Hi,
This is just for the one user, i have copied / pasted from one working.
i have also swapped out the phone, problem stays with the user profile. I have recreated the profile, same problem.
Have even tried to swap the data port where the phone plugs into, has made no difference.
Its not an easy one, i think the next step may be upgrade :-X

Are you the vendor of the customer? If you are the customer then get your vendor on site as they may see something that you are not.
