Title: Mitel 5550 IP Console - Phonebook list

Hi guys!

My first Mitel question - It's the first time I am looking at our Mitel IP Console that our reception uses (as do all our sites), but I am not sure where I can find the configuration that would help me build the Phonebook list. Our reception complains in Hong Kong that it isn't consistent (therefore needs editing) and our Singapore office complains they cannot see a phonebook list (although they can search for a number and this appears correctly with a name).

I've checked our Mitel phone system, but it's such a mess, I can barely find anything that resembles a phone list I can use for the IP console.

When I check the documentation for the IP console, there's almost no configuration or set up information.

Does any one know how I can reconcile these issues? Phonebook list fully populated and consistently so.

Anything I can add guys?

Is there any additional documentation that would show me how to change the phonebook lists in this software?
