Title: I have upgraded MiVoice Borger Gateway(MBG) Service Link. Not coming up.

I am trying to upgrade MBG to latest version. In MBG, under the blades configuration, i have some upgrades for  Service Link(Service link for mitel standard Linux). The update was successful and the the system asked to reboot to apply the installation. After the reoot, the MBG is not UP. When i console the MBG, i see the screen say's "grub>.

I tried rebooting several times. No use. Any inputs on this?

FYI. This is MBG installed on virtual environment.

Hope you did a backup, you need to reinstall...  :(

GRUB is the bootloader, the computer is looking for a boot image and not finding it... Try pressing Enter and see if it takes off, but most likely the MSL update didn't work right. TBH, the first few online updates of MSL I did failed, since then I never do the MSL update online.

I went for the reinstall. Thanks for the reply. This is a lesson to me that i should not do MSL updates online.
