Can someone help me out how to factory reset a Mivoice Office?

Just replied to your other post but I will copy it below.

You can default the database by using the front LCD panel or via DB Programming.

On LCD scroll to System Menu>Default DB

With DB programming go to the Operations Menu (top menu bar) and then default database.
