				Hi Everyone,
I was wondering if someone would be able to guide me in the right direction when it comes to reading the SMDR and figuring out why I'm unable to see which numbers outgoing calls are going to.
Example of an incoming call.
 07/27 10:52A 0000:00:03 T203     001 286                         286
                999
 07/27 10:52A 0000:00:10 T203     001 190 700                     703    X 286
                999
Example of an outgoing call
 07/27 10:51A 0000:00:06 286          xxxxxxxxxx                A T203
                999
As you can see on the incoming call I see nothing but our trunk lines.
Does anyone have any idea as to why that is ?
Thanks
Anders

Those are incoming calls.  The source is trunk 203.  The incoming digits are 190 rang to 700 and picked up by 203.
Then the call appears to have been forwarded to 286.
The entire call lasted only 13 seconds.

That's an outgoing call.  Ext 286 dialed it.  It went out trunk 203.  The call only lasted 6 seconds.

				Hi Ralph,
you are correct I messed up the order of them - I have changed it in the original post.
But I guess I'm trying to get a record of who is calling in, and to whom the call went, me seeing that the source is T203 doesn't give me much information to go with.
So how do I find out who is calling in and getting T203 which is then getting picked up by ext 286 ?
I guess I am trying to get the original call number.

The call record does not show the incoming caller ID.
If you're seeing CLID on your phone then check the settings in your SMDR form.
If not, check the COS of the trunks and then verify with your carrier that they are sending it.

The caller phone number is showing up on the VoIP phone when calling in
I'm not seeing anything that should prevent it being sent to SMDR

You need to enable ANI/DNIS/ISDN/CLASS Number Delivery Reporting for incoming caller ID digits to be displayed in SMDR.
