Title: Speech Auto Attendant Licensing
Post by: VinceWhirlwind on July 20, 2016, 09:13:49 PM
I'm trying to figure out if I'm licensed for Speech Auto Attendant.
This doc:
http://edocs.mitel.com/UG/Apps-Solutions/MiCollab%207.1/MiCollab/mac/np/5_optional_features/planning_and_licensing.htm
Says, "When a Speech Auto Attendant (SAA) license is purchased and assigned to a user,...".
I'm not sure if this licence is included when you have Advanced UM?
When I look on my MiCollab server in AMC, I can see:
OPTIONS: [327] NuPoint Speech AA Corporate Directory  1
Which looks promising, but I obviously need user licences as well.
I guess I will find out when I try, but I don't want to spend ages configuring a new line group etc if it's never going to work due to lack of licences....
I guess I was hoping SAA would be included in:
[323] NuPoint Advanced UM  1001

When I go into NuPoint to configure the new Line Group for SAA, the "Speech Recognition" option is not present in the drop-down menu...

But when I go "Install Applications" in MiCollab it tells me I have everything installed....

I think I decided I needed to buy this:
54002692   NPUM Text to Speech Port
54003292   NPUM SAA +1 SAA Port
54003294   NPUM SAA Corp Directory Names x2000
