How do you turn off the "Your call is now being transferred to" message ?

Is it to do with camp ons ?

Turn off the Auto Attendant Transfer Prompt on the Mailbox or Extension ID.

Danny-M98,

Depending on how your system is programmed you may also want to change the Auto Attendant Transfer prompt at the following location as well in case people are able to dial an extension that doesn't have a mailbox or extension ID.

Voice Processor > Application-Related Information > Auto Attendant Transfer Prompt: NO
