Title: Multiline phone - second line ring length

Hello,

     I am looking to increase the ringer for the second line on a multiline phone when the user is on the phone.  It currently is a short burst and users are saying they do not hear the short burst and would like it a little longer.  I have looked through the COS and System Options and do not see anything for this.  Is it possible to increase this ring time?

Hi ,

If you go to the Phone ----keys and open this line you will find the ring type , try to select ring continuous .
