Title: IP 5550 console forwarding calls

Hi All ,

Is it possible to do forward for the calls come to IP 5550 console to any other extension .

Yes.  You do it with the call rerouting forms.
You forward each of the buttons you need to route to another extension.
You cannot put a console button on any other device other than another console.

this is the only way for the call forward ? as example we can't do a third party call forward using the FAC?

You may be able to do a 3rd party call forward.  It's been a log time since I've tried it.
It won't hurt to try.  Just be sure your COS allows it.
