Hi,
Any idea why im getting this error - Minor ALM0030 - Data collection 7/15/2016 2:48 AM Mitel,SMDR timeout Data collection". I changed the timeout to 15 min and im not getting as much notification as before but there are still 5 or 6 instance through out the night and it only happens after midnight. Our scheduled is set to 24/7 so not sure on this. Thanks in advance!

If MiCC doesn't receive any SMDR data from the PBX within the timeout period, it will throw up that alarm. Either extend your timeout, or adjust your schedule.

I see since there are fewer calls that comes in around that time then there is no data coming in from the pbx and thus the alarm.
