Title: Issue Overflowing Between Ring Groups

Hi

I have one ring group that has a call ringing timer of 45 seconds. After that is should overflow to another ring group that has a ringing timer of 40 seconds. However when the call overflows it rings the 2nd ring group for one ring then overflows again.

Anyone know why the 2nd ring group doesn't ring for 40 seconds before overflowing?

Is there anything in your call rerouting on the ring group 1st alternate
