I wonder if anybody knows why this is happening to me:
I have a MiCollab and I've created a template by copying and saving the default.
But I don't get any options on the Prime phone except for CoS and CoR. I want to tick the Hotdesk box at the very least.
When I create the user, it all gets created properly (except for the Hotdesk option, which I haven't ticked because it isn't there).
When I open up any template, it briefly displays the Prime Phone options then they all disappear, just leaving the CoS and CoR.
I'm using IE, and I haven't really had any browser issues with MiCollab (only with the controllers) but could this be a browser issue?
