Title: How to protect MBG against SIP registration attempts from hackers

Our MBG server is permanently receiving many SIP registration attempts from hackers, is there any way to tell MBG to stop responding with "401 Unauthorized" to these requests? For example stop responding if received REGISTER with extension that is not configured in SIP devices or after defined amount of unsuccessful registrations attempts?
