Title: Is there a way to have the user that puts the call on hold hear an audible sound
Post by: sbatsya on June 27, 2016, 08:13:02 AM
Hi,

I am looking one help here Is there a way to have the user that puts the call on hold hear an audible sound every minute when a call is put on hold instead of getting ringback.  Or is there a way to get the ringback to cycle every minute?

This feature with their 200ICP.  Could you please let me know what is this feature and whether this feature has supported in 3300 ICP MCD

Not on the 3300.
As far as I know there is nothing that can be set to chrip a phone to remind it that it has a call on hold.
The only thing I can think of would be the hold recall timer.  That's not exactly what you're looking for.
The hold recall timer begins to ring your phone until you pick it up and put it back on hold again.
