Title: No complete transfer button on Micollab v 7.0.0.83

working with Mitel 3300 MX controller. and micollab server manager and I have set up my softphone as UC endpoint, I can receive an make calls and cold transfer, but there is no option to trade or complete transfer...I have line 2 on PABX programmed with my extension....any help greatly appreciated.  I am using Micollab client V 7.0.0.83
