Title: Removing Numbers/MACs from Inventory
Post by: ChadH on June 21, 2016, 08:13:52 AM
Weird issue....When reprogramming a phone for a new user, the old extension is still showing even after they were removed from the system.  What I've found is that some old numbers & MACs are showing in the Programmed IP Telephones (under Maintenance), on the secondary MCD, but not the primary (where it was programmed on and deleted from).  And the same for Numbers/MACs on the secondary.  It appears I have a sync issue, however, how can I delete these entries?  There isn't an option from the Inventory, that I can see.

Start by doing a GDM Check in maintenance.
If it sees errors then do a GDM Repair.

If no errors then resync the elements.

Thanks Ralph.  Will running the repair interrupt any voice services?
