Title: Mitel Call Recorder setup SRC

Hi
I'm trying to configure SRC for a customer

But when i enter the Mitel SRC in the VOIP Settings in the Call Recorder Admin  i get the following error

MiSsITunnelSendCertRequest returned error: MST_BAD_RESPONSE

Setup is MCD4.0  phones are 5212's  current MSL and vMBG software.  Phones are configured to connect to vMBG via teleworker gateway.
we have 5 SRC tap licences installed and showing on vMBG.
And the Mitel Call recorder can see the calls

You didn't say what call recorder vendor you're using but the problem description sounds like a known problem with the MiSslTunnel library being unable to parse http responses from newer MSL installations.

This particular issue was fixed quite some time ago (years) but vendors are sometimes slow to pick up new toolkits from Mitel.

Ask the vendor if this product is working against your version of MSL (or later) in other installations. They can contact Mitel MSA to get the latest toolkits for SRC.

The product is the MiVoice Call Recording 9.0

Ah, the Oaisys product that Mitel acquired. Yes, they have fixed this but I am not sure what version (or if that has been released even). I'd contact Mitel product support for more information and help in resolving.

Did you configure the Src on the MBG ?

pretty sure rel 9 doesnt supported anything that old (MCD4)
