I have 3 phones that I set the CallerID (Calling Party Number) to show their DID number. only 1 of the 3 actually work. the other 2 are showing the system default of the companies main phone number.
Is there a flag or something I need to change?

dan231,
Did you make sure that you put the full 10-digit number in there?
Also are you sure that it is a number that is on the circuit you are calling out on?
Thanks,

I just confirmed all of that.

Dan231,
My assumption here is that this feature is working for more than 1 extension, and none of the CPNs are the same as the BTN (Billed Telephone Number).
With that being the case there are no other settings required to make this work. The only issues that I have run into on this are:
1. Feature not supported by carrier; not the issue if it works for everyone but those 3.
2. The number used is a non-native number to the circuit being used. This means that the number is not associated with the ISDN or SIP carriers trunking that the call is going out on. This would either block the call from going out or default to the BTN; carriers choice.
3. The number was not entered as the full 10-digit number. This would default to the BTN.
Have you tried changing the numbers to something else to see if it works? Try a number that you know works, other than the BTN.
Thanks,
TE

Great testing idea!
I changed the number to one that IS working and that worked. So what you are saying is there is an issue with the other numbers then.
I can confirm that I did enter in the full 10-digit number..
Is that a carrier issue then? Just trying to find out who I need to call now.
Thanks!

Dan231,
The issue is with the number you are wanting to send out as your CPN for that phone. I would look at the carrier and ask if the number you are wanting to send is allowed.

This is a carrier issue. Thank you.
