Title: No caller ID on Ax or MXe

Hello,
i  have a problem with Mitel AX and MXe while i use both IP  and analog phone , and the main incoming line from the telecommunication company is E1.
so i get the caller ID from the carrier  on IP phone wile i just get " incoming call" on analog phone  so no caller id on analog device !!!
i tray to change the phone as i read on one of topics but still the same !!!
any idea guys can help  ???????   :( :( :( :(

Check the Caller ID settings on the COS for that you assigned for the Trunks, and again for the COS that you assigned to your users.  Buried in all the options there is something labeled along the lines of Caller ID/ANI info in there.  When I log into one of my MCD's i will screen cap it later.

I check configuration of caller ID on the COS for trunk and COS for analog phone (User) its the same.
to recheck can you advice any options  i should change it in the COS to let Caller ID show.   :-[ :-[ :-[

Try setting 'ONS CLASS/CLIP: Set' to yes in the COS option for the alanogues (under advanced tab)

ONS CLASS/CLIP: Set' to yes  already set "yes" ..

Any other option on COS can effect to my problem ??
