Anyone familiar with this product? Looking at a budget SMDR reporting solution for a customer with a couple hundred 3300's, the pricing on this one is almost too good to be true so I'm wondering what the catch is. Demo was simple enough, I got that set up on a test switch in about 10 minutes.

But this doesn't do any reporting does it??? This is just a simple logger, read the data and throw it in a file/database... we used to use it as a front end for COM+ call accounting on the 5000 years ago because it has a plug in that will do the handshaking the 5000 needs.

I also used some of there software on a 5000 to connect to a serial based call accounting system

It has a reporting plug-in that comes with it. Nothing fancy, but I don't need anything complicated for this application, customer just wants to be able to look up and report on all calls to/from an extension or external number within a specified timeframe.

My biggest concern is finding something capable of pulling the data via TCP/IP from a large number of systems. That's been the challenge with everything this customer has looked at so far.
