Title: second fax call doesn't get a busy

when the the fax is busy the second call does not get a busy.

The second call just rings act like a call waiting.

Mitel 3300 running 11.0.1.26

Check the COS and be sure the Auto Campon timer is blank.  Not 0 (zero).
