I'm sure this is going to be a dumb question because I'm sure I've done this before, but I read the I&M manual and couldn't see it anywhere....
The firewall people are going to do some work replacing the firewall - how do I manually test that they haven't broken the AMC access after their work is complete?

Under ServiceLink, Status, there is a button "Sync".

You could also log into the linux shell and try and ssh to sync.mitel-amc.com
That for me is normally a good bet that licensing will work to amc.
I think its port 22 outbound needs to be open for the server.
