I have a customer who had to make a call to 911, she is saying that now on all of the phones it says "Emergency and her extension #". They have a 5000 with 8528 digital sets. Does anyone know how to clear this from the phones?

Use the "Clear Alarm" feature code.

That feature is so that if you have a large company and someone calls 911 it will let the receptionist know where to send responders when they arrive. Could also be set up to notify security.
