Title: looking for help setting up timer for callback after forwarded

I am hoping one of you could help me out

I want to change the time a station gets a ringback after a call is pushed forwarded to a station that is busy.


I made some changes in timers of the COS of the stations:

No Aswer recall timer = 30

Camp-on recal timer = 30

But without any results, at this time the station gets a ringback after 10 sec I am trying to get this to 30 sec
