Title: ONS MWI Light

I have a site that needs MWI on ONS phones, I have enabled a few options in the COS of the sets but it isn't working. What do I need to look for on this one?

Look at the circuit descriptor of the phones.

Yeah, I found that. I haven't been by to check it out though.
