				We've just had a 3300 installed and some of our users are using micollab client as a softphone with USB headsets.

 We use Salesforce CRM and our current Bria softphones does click to dial in Salesforce - i.e. we click the number (which is a link) and Bria dials the number.

 Micollab out of the box only seems to do a shortcut - i.e. I have to highlight the number, then press the ctrl-F1 shortcut.

 Is there a better/fewer clicks way of doing this?

				Hi James;
 I've the same problem , and i don't know how i can add automatically a prefix 0 before my number . Actually i do it manually.

 Any idee ?

 Thanks.

 It's in the MCD... Look in System Options for "Outgoing External Call Prefix For Applications"

				There are 3 places you have to put in the 0:

 - On the MCD, System Options form, Outgoing External Call Prefix for Applications
 - On the MiCollab server, In MiCollab Client Service, PBX node details, Dialing Prefix
 - On the MiCollab server, under Users, on each user's list of phones, on each phone's advanced options (so configure this in your templates)
