anyone have this issue? I can leave messages but the user can not retrieve messages. It just says "please dial the extention to leave a message" sometimes It will even say "this is your wake-up call"

What happens if the user presses "*" when the "Leave a message" message starts?
-
Sometimes it will ask them to enter a mailbox then they can check their messages.

Can leave messages all day it's strange. It's like when I dial the hunt group it's not getting the extention number. Integration is messed up. Anyway to force it like ONS integration *3 *6?

Is this extension part of a MDUG? That can cause issues...
I would do a ccs trace and see what is being presented to the voicemail port, there really isn't a way to break or change the integration with the emem.

This could happen if the COS of the extensions are not marked for voice mail. Usually it won't let you assign non-VM ports to a VM hunt group.
It could also happen if you don't have the hunt group set to "Voice Mail".
It could also happen if you're in a cluster and the VM is in a different system than the phone and the "Shared System Options" are not set correctly.

Ralph - "COS of the extensions not marked for voice mail" What do you mean by this? User Extention COS should have "yes" instead of "no" for option COV/ONS/E&M Voice Mail?

Not the users but the vm ports.

Verified both of those are setup correctly and this isn't a cluster just an AX controller with 3300 software on it.

Checked the programming on my other systems and its the same programming on all them. This is the only one out of 25. It's odd.
