I went into an site today to look up some call records the other day from the Reporting tab, but all I got was a message that said:
Some reports are not available because the Embedded Reporting feature is disabled. Please go to DB Programming and enable Embedded Reporting.
I poked around all over and searched the help document, but I can't find this option anywhere... Where do I enable it at?

Well my friend that would require that you turn on the On-Line Monitor feature and then go to System Flags.
There is usually a good reason to turn it off though; like the CPU is choking and having a hard time with all the processing so you shut that down to give it a little wiggle room.

That was it... too bad it doesn't store the last of weeks worth of call records though. I will leave it on and hopefully catch my issue later.
