Title: Mitel 5000 upgraded to 6.1 version. Issue with licenses

I have upgraded Mitel 5000 from 6.0 to 6.1 SP1 PR2. I have the valid licenses before the upgrade and now i have " License is invalid, or no license loaded". Do i need to purchase new licenses for 6.1 Version?

Pradeepgali,

You will need your Mitel dealer to upgrade the license to version 6.1 and then upload it into your system. Your system will reboot every 240 minutes until this happens.

You should never try to upgrade you own system, leave this to your Mitel dealer as there are many things that can go wrong, although rare, that you won't be able to fix.

Thanks  for quick response. I will contact my license provisioning guys to get the licenses.
