When one of the members of the call center transfers a call to the ACD hunt group, if all operators are on a call the call returns to the transfering extension instead of the mailbox.
They are using Agent ID's. System is 6.0

You may want to verify that Camp-Ons are allowed on the Hunt Group in question.
System > Devices and Feature Codes > Hunt Groups > {ACD Hunt Group} > Camp-Ons Allowed: Yes

And make sure HG has a mailbox with same extension, and that VM pilot number is the RECALL destination within the HG, also RECALL TIMER appropriate to expectations.
