Hi everyone,

I was just wondering about Queue Abandon handling, specifically long abandon. Where would this be set under YSE?
I have set service level goal/time, short handle and short abandon but I am not sure if there is a long abandon objective or if it is a calculation from the others?

If it is not short abandon then it is considered long abandoned.
So anything more that what you set short abandon to in YSE.
