Hi!
When the Micollab Client ist configured to softphone mode, there is a button in the active call window for the call recording feature. Due to data security and secrecy policies this feature has to be disabled in our company.
Is there a way to disable this button or to reconfigure the recording path in Micollab Client 7.1.0.45?

Can't you just take the option out of the Class of Service for those devices? Class of Service for those devices then Advanced - Record-A-Call and set Record-A-Call Active to No
