Title: Ignite Email Requeue Timer

Hi

In Ignite I have requeue timer set to 7 days and ring timer set to the same. However if an advisor picks an emails and does not click accept it sits in their inbox in a ringing state. This will then only stay there for 15 mins before requeueing.

How can I get around this?
