Title: unable to dial conference assitant from cra

I have created a cra that answers during the day, however I am unable to dial the extension for the conference assistant. It says invalid extension.

Any help would be gratefully accepted.

Also it is running latest software.

Create an Extension ID for the Conference Assistant.
