Title: Micollab error email, but no Event entry or alarm

Have an IT person who keeps getting an alarm email from Micollab, doesn't seem to be any issues or user reported problem, and no errors in the event log either.

From acs-alert@(micollabserver)

Subject: Mitel Server Alarm on (micollabserver) at time/date

TPS-8001 No operational voice lines at Thu Apr 21 14:39:05 CDT 2016

Any ideas on this one?

Trying to use MiCollab to dial while his phone is off-hook?

Hmm... I'll have to look, but I don't think MiCollab Client is deployed at this site, only MiVB Express, MBG, and Nupoint.
